Horrible customer service!! I wrote three times and never received a reply. Took 3 + weeks to get my order. Tracking numbers did not work. I was ready to do a charge back on my credit card thinking this was a fraudulent claim and I would never get the package. Finally came, package was damaged. Some of the beads had fallen out. Not sure how much but definitely will not be buying for this company again. And no, I’m not contacting them about the damaged package because they probably wouldn’t write me back anyway.
